This project will transform vacant and underutilized properties into city-owned public parking lots. The overall project will include the addition of 95 off-street parking spaces to support the Variety Village commercial corridor. By applying the best management practices, this fully funded project will address the corridor's parking needs following the sewer district's Green Infrastructure Grant 2018 guidelines and public art inclusion.
